A04

The A04 is a fine mesh stainless steel basket designed for washing and drying small parts of masks and SCBA equipment.

Its fine mesh prevents smaller items from falling through while allowing effective flow of water and air. This ensures thorough cleaning in washing machines and effective drying in drying cabinets.

The A04 fits directly in the Wash4, Wash6HP, Wash6HP Barrier, Wash9, Wash36, M18, M45, M45B models. It also fits inside the F12 when used with a compatible (AF80, AF44 or AF64). It does not include compartments, making it suitable for loosely placed small parts.

An optional fine mesh cover (A06) is available for use with the A04. The cover keeps items in place during cleaning and drying cycles, without blocking water flow in washers or air circulation in drying cabinets.

Other basket options

The A04 is part of Harstra’s modular system of interchangeable baskets, designed to accommodate different PPE cleaning tasks.

A few examples:

• A05: Same size as A04, includes 12 compartments to separate small components
• A08: Half-size version of the A04, for more flexible placement or smaller loads
• A06: Optional fine mesh cover that fits both A04 and A05
