The washing machine Wash9 is ideally suited for the safe cleansing and disinfecting of breathing masks/facepieces. This takes place in combination with a cleanser based on a liquid, mildly alkaline, phosphate- and chlorine-free product, while the neutralizing agent (applied after the rinsing agent) is based on citric acid.
The washing machine is very compactly built to occupy as little space as possible. It is made entirely of stainless steel type 304 and is insulated against heat loss and noise emission.
To ensure easy and thorough cleaning of the machine’s interior, all corners are rounded, and there are no sharp objects. The rotating stainless steel washing and rinsing arms with sprayers and the stainless steel sieve are easily removable.
The controls are simple, using three push-buttons for different wash times: 5, 10, or 21 minutes. The digital display shows the temperature for both the tank and the boiler.
The cleansing agent is precisely dosed via a hose pump, and the neutralizing agent is applied in the same way with its own pump.
The machine has low water and electricity consumption since warm water is reused, and only the final rinse uses fresh water from the boiler. This results in a water consumption of 9 liters per cycle while removing the dirtiest water. The machine can be directly connected to a warm water supply (max. 50°C) if needed.
After the final rinse, a water removal pump is used to empty the tank. The machine comes with a standard stainless steel wire basket (A03), which is also compatible with M18 and M45 drying cabinets.
