The washing machine Wash36 is specially developed for professional cleaning of breathing air masks in large quantities. The Wash36 has the capacity to clean 36 masks per cycle. For this purpose, a pin frame is mounted on two levels, with each frame holding 18 masks.
In the wash section, the products are sprayed on all sides with a large quantity of water from a moving wash frame. A detergent may be dissolved in this water. The washing water returns to the wash tank via a removable filter. An overflow and supply of clean tap water keep the level in the wash tank constant. The water level in the wash tank is also protected by a low level cut-out. The water in the wash tank is heated, and a digital temperature controller regulates the heating system.
The rinse section uses clean tap water. A magnetic valve on the rinse water supply pipe maintains the tank level automatically via level switches. The water consumption is approximately 20 liters per wash cycle. The centrifugal rinse pump directs water through stainless steel nozzles in the moving wash frame. After rinsing, the water returns to the water tank through a filter basket.
The motor compartment is located on the back of the machine, while the control panel is at the front. A water filter is installed in the water pipe, just before the magnetic valves.
For safety, the machine features a main circuit breaker—a red/yellow switch—on the control panel, which allows for immediate shutdown in case of an emergency or fault.
