Key features:
The washing machine Wash6HP is specially developed for professional cleaning of SCBA’s without breathing cylinder. The SCBA’s are connected in the Wash6HP to the high-pressure system provided in the machine.
With that, the Barrier version is the perfect solution for working with a clean and dirty side of your workshop. Where the dirty items enter on one side, they can be placed there in the washer and connected to the high-pressure system. After placing, the dirty side of the washing machine is closed and the washing cycle can be started. After going through the washing cycle, the door on the clean side is opened to take out the clean items. This prevents contamination after cleaning and ensures a safe and clean working environment in the workshop on the clean side of the washing machine.
In addition, helmets or masks can also be washed in this machine. Helmets can be placed individually on the pull-out frame. For masks, you can use the 12-pins mask frame (AW6HPM).
In the wash section, the products are sprayed on all sides with a large quantity of water from a moving wash frame. A detergent may be dissolved in this water. The washing water returns to the wash tank by a removable filter. An overflow and supply of clean tap water keep the level in the wash tank constant. The water level in the wash tank is also protected by a low level cut-out. The water in the wash tank is heated. A digital temperature controller controls the heating system.
The rinse section uses clean tap water. There is a magnetic valve on the rinsing water (tap water) supply pipe to the rinse tank. This will retain the tank level automatically by level switches. The water consumption is approx. 20 liters per wash cycle. The centrifugal rinse pump will pump the water to the stainless steel nozzles inside the moving washing frame. After rinsing, the water returns to the water tank via the filter basket in the wash section.
You will find the motor compartment on the backside of the machine. The control panel is on the front side of the machine. A water filter is in the water pipe, just in front of the magnetic valves.
This machine has a main circuit breaker, with which you can stop the machine immediately in the event of an emergency or a fault. It is a red/yellow switch. You will find it at the control panel of the machine.
