The Wash9U is designed for cleaning and disinfecting up to nine breathing masks/facepieces per cycle. The Wash9U (and Wash9UHP) are Harstra’s most compact cleaning machines.

In addition to breathing masks, other small PPE items can also be cleaned in this machine.

After cleaning
After the cleaning cycle is complete, it is recommended to dry the PPE items in one of our drying cabinets, such as the M18U.

Position in cleaning product range
The Wash9U is the smallest PPE cleaning machine in our lineup (together with the Wash9UHP). Its compact design makes it ideal for smaller brigades and stations with limited cleaning needs. For pressurized SCBA cleaning, use either the Wash9UHP or Wash6UHP, which offers six times the capacity of the Wash9UHP.
