Wire basket

The A03 wire basket is a stainless steel basket used to hold up to 9 masks, helmets, or other PPE during washing and drying.

The 40×40 mm mesh is suitable for larger components. It allows both water and air to flow freely, ensuring effective cleaning and drying.

Sliding profiles ensure a smooth fit in the Wash4, Wash9, M18, M45 and M45B cleaning and drying machines. The A03 can also be used in the F12 drying cabinet when placed in a compatible trolley (AF80, AF44 or AF64).

Other basket options

The A03 is part of a flexible system of interchangeable baskets, each suited to different PPE cleaning and drying tasks.

For example, the A20 has the same size and layout as the A03, but uses a finer 20×20mm mesh. This makes it better suited for smaller items that might otherwise fall through the standard mesh.

All other baskets in the range use a fine mesh — significantly finer than both the A03 and A20. These are ideal for delicate components, small mask parts, or loose SCBA pieces.

Many of them include compartments and optional covers to keep parts separated and secured during the cleaning or drying cycle. Options include:

• A05: 12 compartments, fine mesh;

• A09: half-size, 9 compartments, fine mesh;

• A56 and A910: complete sets with fitted covers.

This modular system gives fire departments and industrial users the flexibility to handle different cleaning tasks efficiently — using one consistent setup.
